Many buildings along the coast are subject to the severe coastal elements and Satellite Dishes and TV Antenna and roof mounted hardware can rust and deteriorate dramatically over time.
Whilst we don't have access to Stainless Steel Satellite Dishes we do have Stainless Steel TV Antennas and Mounts and these of course have a much longer life expectancy than Alloy, Zinc Plated Steel and poorly galvanized steel.
In areas that have poor TV Reception there are ways to resolve this. We can use Regeneration Headend to take an almost unwatchable picture and rebuild to perfection.
We can also use a VAST Headend to receive TV Channels from the Satellite rather than a TV Antenna, mainly in remote areas or areas that are considered to be "RF Dead" maybe completely shaded from a Transmitter by terrain. Areas such as this exist in many areas along the coast and inland.

WHAT IS A CATV SYSTEM?
Cable Antenna TV Systems (CATV), or Cable TV, is a method of transmitting TV signals via a Coaxial Cable or Fibre and radio to a client’s property. Its common application is Cable Networks in Capital Cities and usually owned and operated by Cable TV Companies. Usually carries FTA and Pay for View services. ( PAY TV)
WHAT DOES SMATV MEAN?
Satellite Master Antenna TV System (SMATV) is a TV System which has an input with satellite only. In Australia this is not a common application other than delivery of PAY TV only over a cable network as each user would need a Set Top Box at each TV outlet.
