MURRAYS BEACH, NSW

The entire Lake Macquarie lakeside suburb of Murrays Beach is cabled underground with .500" and .750" Hardline cable. All TV channels are available with a pedestal connection at the property boundary. The system was designed, installed and is maintained by MATV Systems Australia Pty Ltd. There are in excess of 600 home sites running off the one MATV/CATV system.

THE JOHN HUNTER HOSPITAL, NEWCASTLE

Recent upgrades at Newcastle’s major hospital saw us completely rewire the entire MATV system, converting an old analogue system to digital and install more than 600 TV sets and ceiling brackets and nurse control handsets. It included altering the headend from one that occupied an entire store room to one that fits in a 27RU cabinet. Many inhouse channels were also included for patient viewing.

THE CARL, CARLINGFORD

19 storey apartment building adjacent to Carlingford Station. Complete 5 wire system delivering FTA and PAY TV to each apartment. 2 cables to each wall plate. Approx 140 units in this building.

THE FLOUR MILL, SUMMER HILL

Five wire headend and splitters and Taps

The Summer Hill Flour Mill arrived in 1922. A cluster of functional milling and storage buildings built by Mungo Scott. The landmark silos appeared in the 1950s, as Goodman Fielder grew the mill’s capacity; followed by Allied Mills, who continued to supply the key ingredient for many of Australia’s favourite loaves—until operations were wound up in 2009.

The main building is a 10-storey apartment block featuring apartments made inside the old durum wheat silos. Interesting building as all walls and windows are curved to take on the shape of the outer silo walls. Also featuring the Granary and the Malthouse buildings. Stage 1 is completed with around 400 outlets. Stage 2 under construction now. Stages 3 and 4 will commence soon.

Tarragal Glen Retirement Village at Erina

A very large, beautifully maintained village in Erina. The location is a poor site for TV reception and the Village has endured many years of variable TV Reception. Approx 500 Villas and Apartments it was serviced by 4 separate Antenna locations and 4 Headends. The management of the Village RetireAustralia, tasked us the job of rectifying the poor TV signal, use only one suitable Headend and add some in house information channels. We achieved this using Fibre between all hubs, a Kingray Regeneration Headend and 2 Brightsign Media players for in house channels.

KILPATRICK COURT ANGLICAN AGED CARE, TORONTO

Kilpatrick Court Anglican Aged Care, Toronto 1

147 bed aged care facility in Toronto. Complete 5 wire system will all outlets FTA and PAY TV. Builder: Hansen Yuncken.

SEVAN APARTMENTS, FORSTER

Beautiful 10 storey holiday apartments in Forster. Upgraded to Foxtel box in room standard.

LAMOND DRIVE, TURRAMURRA

83 one, two and three bedroom apartments over 3 towers. This is a TDT project with all FTA and Pay TV services delivered over 1 cable.

Centrally positioned on the plaza at the corner of Ernest and Macquarie Street and the Pacific Highway, this striking development will blend plaza level retail with contemporary 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment living over four levels. 5 wire system installed.
